EP 42: I CAN'T BREATHE

EP 42: I CAN'T BREATHE

Say his name, GEORGE FLOYD! It has been a traumatic week for America, and even more so for African American people. For 8 minutes and 45 secs George pleaded to officers I can't breathe.  A sight that has become viral over the last several years, thanks to modern technology. This has lead to peaceful protest and looting as well. Through this anger, rage, sadness, and frustration the focus has to be faced on not just the problem but the solution at hand. Protest have been done before, riots have taken place before, and it seems like the cycle repeats it's self over and over again. We explore all these emotions and then some. We also get into Dame Dollar voicing his opinion about not playing during the playoffs if his team doesn't have a real shot. We shed light on how the MLB and traditionalist baseball fans really owe the steroid era a whole lot more thanks than what they have given them.  How Sallie Mae and the NCAA have much more in common than what you may believe.  --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/bottomlinesportstalk/message
